EdPuzzle is pretty cool... Not sure why the word puzzle is used for a video edit/questioning thing!

Teachers.
  • Create a teacher account.  
  • Select a video from the typical sources. Crop the video as needed.
  • Add questions and comments to the video.
  • Assign due date. 
  • Other options are available as well.

Students.
  • Create student account with granitesd.org account
  • Get the code from your teacher to join their classroom.
  • Do the appropriate assignments.

Teachers. 
You will see;
  • The students progress including scores from questions you asked.
  • How many times they watched the video.
  • See/answer any comments they made.
