Search for your topic.

1. Click the gear at the top right
2. Click "See All Search Settings"
   Scroll down to "Region
   Click "See More" if you need to
   Pick your region
3. Click Save.

Keep Searching!!! 

Try it and see if you results are different than your neighbors.

Do NOT forget to set it back to "CURRENT"
