Textbook info
Below are some detailed procedures for students.
- All textbooks are checked out to the individual student. The student is fully responsible for the textbook and its condition throughout the school year or semester.
- If the barcode is removed from the book, the book will then be tagged as lost and must be paid for by the student. (The barcode is what associates the student with the book.)
- We encourage students to write their names inside their assigned book for easy identification.
- Make sure to keep track of YOUR books. Just because YOU return a book at the end of the year does not mean your returned YOUR book! It happens every year... Be sure YOU have YOUR book.
- Students have one week after the time of check-out to report any damage that they do not want to be held responsible for. After that week any damage to the textbook will be charged to the student who currently has the book checked out.
- Semester textbooks that are not returned at the end of the semester will be charged a late fee of $1 per day.
